Jorge is a Partner at The Up Group.

He has a corporate background of over 20 years in global organisations such as Deloitte, Citigroup, Telefonica and World Bank, having held roles spanning from strategy and M&A to customer experience and marketing. Prior to joining Up, Jorge has spent the last five years running his own business in leadership advisory, organisational development, and executive coaching, working with senior leaders in tech businesses across the world.

Jorge holds a Bachelor’s degree in economics, a Master’s Degree in Applied Mathematics and an MBA from the University of Cambridge. Outside work he is a keen traveller and passionate about martial arts holding black belts in Karate and Taekwondo.
