Ezgi is a Senior Associate at The Up Group.

Prior to joining The Up Group, Ezgi was a Senior Consultant at Hunter-Miller Executive Search, where she began her career and built a strong track record across consumer-facing sectors. She has extensive experience partnering with FTSE 100, FTSE 250, and private equity-backed organisations on C-suite and -1 mandates, with a focus on commercial leadership roles.

Ezgi holds BA and MA degrees in Linguistics, completed in Turkey, where she is originally from, and at London Metropolitan University.

Outside of work, she is a passionate language learner, fluent in several European languages and currently expanding her linguistic skills to include Japanese. She also enjoys an active lifestyle, regularly attending the gym and practising Pilates.
