As part of the Finance team, Max is responsible for managing the day-to-day financial operations within the company, preparing monthly and annual reports for Board members, and supporting the development of long-term strategies.

Prior to The Up Group, Max worked for a number of years as the Finance Manager for a start-up business operating in the retail sector.

Max is a member of CIMA and holds a BA (Hons) in Business Management from Oxford Brookes University.
