Lianne is an Executive Assistant at The Up Group, where she plays a central role in supporting leadership, enabling business operations and contributing to the firm’s talent and advisory work.

She brings a background in leadership advisory and executive search, having previously worked at Heidrick & Struggles and Spencer Stuart. Previously her work has focused on organisational culture, leadership development and executive assessment and she has a strong interest in organisational psychology and what drives effective teams.

Lianne studied Psychology at the University of Exeter. Outside of work, she enjoys travelling and spending time with her family.
