Isobel is the Senior HR Advisor at The Up Group, responsible for leading the firm’s HR function and working with the Partners to deliver Up’s strategic people objectives. She looks after the full employee lifecycle across the business, including HR operations, onboarding and offboarding, employee benefits, talent acquisition, and internal people initiatives that support the growth and development of the team.

Before joining The Up Group, Isobel spent over six years in the HR team at Bain Capital Private Equity. She also has prior experience in executive search and events, and earlier in her career spent time teaching English in Shanghai and working in West End theatres.

Isobel graduated from Middlesex University with a degree in Drama and Technical Theatre Studies. Outside of work she continues to pursue her creative interests through amateur dramatics and making pottery.
