Harry is a Senior Consultant at The Up Group.

Prior to joining the firm, Harry spent 6 years working at Boston Consulting Group’s venture builder arm BCG Digital Ventures, followed by BCG X the AI innovation unit where he built the executive teams for new venture builds, accelerated digital transformation, and consulted on talent strategy for a range of PE, VC and corporate clients. Before consulting, he had a career in executive search working with clients across Financial Services to support them with their executive talent needs.

Outside of work, Harry is a keen cook, and can often been found running to unwind and keep fit. He has a BA in Geography from the University of Exeter.
