People and Talent Leadership Event

Last night we hosted our second People and Talent Leadership Event of 2023, and our final event of the year.  We were joined by over 100 Chief People Officers from Europe’s leading tech and tech-enabled organisations, and Talent Leaders from VC and PE funds. The evening brought together renowned industry leaders for networking over canapes and drinks in the heart of London at the beautiful Hotel Cafe Royal.

Throughout the evening, guests heard from three wonderful speakers, Sandra Thorpe, Tudor Havriliuc and Sian Keane who talked with real authenticity and insight about their personal experiences of scaling tech companies including Facebook, FarFetch, PaddyPower and AVIV.

The event provided a platform to delve into crucial themes concerning people and talent leadership. Discussions spanned from the role that people leaders can play in framing commercial opportunities to talent acquisition and measuring key metrics for the people function. Thank you to our speakers whose knowledge and experiences made the event really additive to our guests.
