Eva is an Associate at The Up Group.

Before joining The Up Group, she was a Senior Associate at Bronzegate Ltd, focusing on the research and assessment of CFOs within the large-cap private equity market. Eva began her career in executive search at PierceGray LLC, a U.S.-based boutique retained search firm, where she specialised in placing C-suite and functional leaders in Supply Chain and Procurement roles.

In addition to her career in executive search, Eva is a professional opera singer. She earned her bachelor's degree in Music from The Juilliard School and holds two master’s degrees in both Music and Performance from the Guildhall School of Music and Drama.
