Courtney is an Associate at The Up Group, where she works on leadership appointments for technology businesses at different stages of growth. She supports clients in identifying leaders who can help organisations scale, transform and build new capabilities.

Prior to joining The Up Group, Courtney spent nearly four years at Heidrick & Struggles, delivering commercial leadership appointments for B2B software and consumer technology companies, ranging from investor-backed scale-ups to listed global businesses. This experience gave her a strong perspective on how leadership requirements evolve as organisations grow and transform.

Courtney holds a Master of Business Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology, double major) from The University of Western Australia. Originally from Alice Springs, she grew up involved in family business and competitive sport, experiences that shaped her entrepreneurial mindset and curiosity about people and performance.
