Andreea is an Associate in the B2B team at The Up Group, where she works with Private Equity and Venture Capital backed companies across SaaS and Fintech. She supports investors and portfolio businesses in building high-performing senior leadership teams across commercial, GTM and finance functions.

Before joining Up, Andreea worked in Private Equity-focused executive search, partnering with funds across Europe on portfolio operations and finance leadership hires.

She holds a BSc in Psychology from the University of Bristol, where she played for the university’s 1st volleyball team. Outside of work, Andreea continues to compete as a semi-professional volleyball player and is originally from Romania.
