Our process

We challenge clients on the diversity of their board and leadership teams and partner with them to develop strategies to improve the diversity of their team.

We aim to present a minimum of 33% women during each search process. We support female candidates through the process when we feel they may be opting out too early and partner to ensure our clients hiring process encourages diverse hiring.

Our commitment

We are active members of the Association of Executive Search Consultants (AESC) and signatories of the UK Government Voluntary Code of Conduct for Executive Search Firms, showing our commitment to play an active role in shaping the search industry and bringing the strongest diverse talent to our client’s teams.

Our network

We curate a network of female board members and women wanting to make their first move onto a board.

Each year we host our Women on Boards dinner to bring this cohort together to learn from each other and make valuable connections.
