Pascal Gauthier - Ledger

Through its raising of a $75m Series B – led by Draper Esprit – Ledger has become the best funded crypto startup in history. Pascal was instrumental in advising the business through this – keeping its foundations strong, reinforcing its existing resilience, and maintaining a clear view of Ledger’s objectives and ambitions.

Pascal’s primary role is now to build on this funding by getting the company organised, including hiring a world-class team (he has recruited over 120 people in the last 18 months) which can properly handle the complexity of Ledger’s software/hardware offering. Pascal sees his role as essentially ‘future-proofing’ Ledger – retaining its revolutionary nature while giving it the strategic roadmap, and capabilities, necessary for evolutionary scaling.

Ariane Gorin - Expedia

Ariane manages Expedia’s B2B technology solution, Expedia Partner Solutions (EPS). EPS’ mission is to unlock the power of the Expedia Group for its partners. EPS works with businesses across a wide range of travel verticals, including some of the world’s biggest companies, from United® and Norwegian Air Shuttle to Despegar and Traveloka.

Since 2014, the business has focused on growth segments, invested in new platforms and re-engineered it’s go to market model. Ariane has been central to driving this, as she believes in empowering her team to be at their best.


Eamon Jubbawy - Onfido

With its products now seeing use amongst major blue-chip clients – such as BBVA, with two additional global banks launching soon – Onfido has grown 4x in the last 12 months.

Leading all executive hiring at Onfido, Eamon has been at the centre of the company’s recent management build-out – which has seen a CPO, CRO, and CFO brought on board, and which will soon include a further two C-suite executives. This has mirrored the growth of Onfido’s wider team, which has opened New York, Singapore, and Delhi offices in the last 12 months.

Adding to this, Eamon says that Onfido has been able to maintain a tight-knit working culture throughout this growth phase.
